MOSCOW, ID – A 36-year-old Moscow man has been arrested for allegedly firing a shot in the air outside the Corner Club.
Moscow Police responded to the shot fired call early Saturday morning. Witnesses reported that a man fired a pistol into the air and officers located the suspect. Kelly Otto was found nearby with a loaded gun and allegedly resisted arrested. Otto was taken into custody for misdemeanor discharging a firearm in the City of Moscow, obstruction and carrying a concealed weapon while intoxicated. Police say alcohol was involved. No one was hurt.
