MERIDIAN, ID – A 40-year-old man was arrested Friday evening following a report of a sexual assault involving minors at Roaring Springs Waterpark.

Meridian Police were dispatched to the waterpark on Overland Road around 5:15 p.m. on June 13, 2025, after receiving a call about inappropriate conduct. Upon arrival, officers began an investigation into allegations that an adult male had inappropriately touched a juvenile female. Further investigation revealed a second juvenile female victim, with both incidents occurring in the wave pool.

The suspect, identified as Bo Gene Crisp, was detained at the scene and later transported to the Ada County Jail without incident. He faces two charges: Lewd Conduct with a Minor Under 16 and Sexual Battery of a Minor Child Aged 16 or 17.

Police obtained surveillance footage and believe there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward. The Meridian Police Department urges anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has information to contact them at (208) 888-6678.
