KOOSKIA, ID — Emergency personnel responded to a single-vehicle accident on Highway 12 near milepost 107 at approximately 10:05 a.m. on Wednesday, June 18.

According to Kooskia Emergency Services, crews from Kooskia Ambulance, the Kooskia Ambulance Rescue Unit, and the Kooskia Fire Department were dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, responders located the vehicle off the roadway, resting within a nearby campground.

The occupants of the vehicle had self-extricated prior to the arrival of first responders. Kooskia Ambulance transported the individuals involved, who sustained minor injuries.
