BOISE, ID – Idaho Attorney General Raúl Labrador announced that investigators with the Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit have arrested Brian Hendricks, a school bus driver, on multiple charges related to possession of child sexual exploitation material.
Hendricks was taken into custody on Thursday, August 7, 2025, and is charged with seven counts of possession of child sexual exploitation material. He is employed by a company that contracts with schools in Idaho.
In addition to these charges, the Boise Police Department has charged Brian Hendricks and co-defendant Rochelle Hendricks with four counts each of felony injury to a child, as well as misdemeanor dog nuisance and misdemeanor general animal nuisance.
According to the Attorney General’s Office, Boise Police assisted the ICAC Unit with executing a search warrant at the Hendricks residence. Officers determined the home was unsafe and uninhabitable, placing several children in imminent danger. The children were removed from the home, and multiple animals were seized.
Attorney General Labrador thanked Boise Police for their assistance, stating that protecting Idaho families remains a top priority, especially as children return to school. Boise Police Lt. Tim Brady also emphasized the importance of interagency cooperation in protecting vulnerable community members.
At this time, investigators have found no evidence of victims in the area. Authorities are urging anyone with information related to child exploitation to contact law enforcement, the Attorney General’s ICAC Unit at 208-947-8700, or the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678.
The ICAC Unit works with the Idaho ICAC Task Force—a coalition of federal, state, and local agencies—to investigate and prosecute individuals who use the internet to exploit children.
All charges are accusations, and both defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
