CLARKSTON, WA – The Port of Clarkston has completed the purchase of a 3.4-acre commercial parcel from Clarkston Estates, Inc., marking a step forward in its efforts to expand land holdings within the district.

The property, located at 1041 Port Drive in the City of Clarkston, was approved for acquisition by the Port Commission on July 16, 2025. The transaction was finalized on August 19, 2025, at a purchase price of $1,153,776.
Port officials said the acquisition aligns with their ongoing mission to support economic development opportunities throughout Asotin County. By adding the parcel to its portfolio, the Port aims to provide space for future projects that could bring additional business and employment to the region.
