LEWISTON, ID – The 5th Street Reconstruction Project is nearing completion, finishing about two weeks earlier than expected. Paving was completed last week, and crews are now working on final utility adjustments.

City of Lewiston Public Information Officer Carol Maurer announced the update on September 24, noting that the project is expected to wrap up in early October. Maurer also expressed appreciation to residents and businesses for their patience throughout the reconstruction.
