PULLMAN, WA – As the leaves begin to fall, the City of Pullman is reminding residents that outdoor leaf, garden, and yard waste burning is banned within city limits.

Instead, community members can take leaves and yard waste to the Whitman County Landfill for no charge. You can also get a yard waste cart from Pullman Disposal for weekly waste pickup.
