KOOSKIA, ID — A home compliance visit led to the arrest of a Kooskia man on multiple drug charges Thursday morning, according to the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office.
At approximately 11 a.m. on October 9, an Idaho County deputy accompanied a misdemeanor probation officer to conduct a routine check on a probationer’s residence in Kooskia. During the visit, the probation officer discovered methamphetamine, a legend drug without a prescription, and drug paraphernalia. The items were turned over to the deputy on scene.
Robert Agee, 66, of Kooskia, was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of a legend drug without a prescription, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
The sheriff’s office stated that the arrest underscores its commitment to working alongside probation officers to ensure compliance with court-ordered conditions and maintain community safety.
Authorities emphasized that all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
