Clarkston School District Extends Deadline for School-Based Health Center Proposals

CLARKSTON, WA – Clarkston School District has extended the deadline for organizations interested in partnering to operate a new School-Based Health Center (SBHC) on the Clarkston High School campus.

The district is seeking proposals from qualified health care providers to establish and manage the SBHC, which will offer preventative and primary care services for Clarkston students. The center will emphasize mental and behavioral health support, aiming to reduce barriers to care and improve access for underserved youth.

Funding for the construction of the facility has already been secured through state and local grants. Once operational, the center will be required to provide at least 10 hours per week each of physical and mental or behavioral health care, along with 15 hours per week of care coordination services.

Interested health care organizations must submit their proposals by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 31, 2025. Full proposal details and application materials are available on the district’s website at www.csdk12.org/page/school-based-health-center.

For more information, contact Donna Franklin, Director of Health Services for Clarkston School District, at 509-769-6329 or via email at sbhc@csdk12.org.
