JULIAETTA, ID – The tied race for a Juliaetta City Council post has been decided by a coin toss.

Councilwoman Amanda Fletcher and challenger Richard Tackett ended up tied after this month’s general election. There was a coin flip in Juliaetta City Hall Thursday night to decide the winner.

Fletcher won the toss and will keep her seat on city council.
