MOSES LAKE, WA — Officers with the Moses Lake Police Department responded to a reported robbery early Sunday morning at the Quail Run trailer park on Road H NE.
According to the department, the call came in around 3 a.m. on Nov. 30. When officers arrived, they were told two suspects had entered a residence and robbed the three occupants, taking personal items and cash. As the suspects fled, one reportedly fired a handgun at the victims’ dog. No injuries were reported to the residents or the animal.
With the aid of Flock camera technology, officers located the suspect vehicle shortly after the incident. Police arrested 32-year-old Austin Spurgeon of Moses Lake, who was booked into the Grant County Jail.
Detectives say the investigation is ongoing, and additional arrests are expected.
