SEATTLE, WA – The King County Sheriff’s Office has announced a significant drug seizure tied to the Sinaloa Cartel Network under “Operation Eastbound and Down,” conducted by the Precinct Four Special Emphasis Team on December 17.
Authorities recovered 214 pounds of methamphetamine and 5 pounds of heroin, along with $89,780 in cash believed to be proceeds from drug activity. The total estimated street value of the seized narcotics is approximately $2 million.
One suspect was arrested during the operation and booked into the Snohomish County Jail.
The operation also highlighted the work of K9 Quinn, whose deployments in 2025 have now reached 30. The Sheriff’s Office credited the team for their ongoing efforts to disrupt drug trafficking networks in the region.
