Winchester Lake to host spring fishing tournament May 9

Anglers of all ages are invited to take part in a spring fishing tournament on Saturday, May 9 at Winchester Lake State Park, with sign-ups available from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the boat ramp. The event includes two age divisions, 12 and under and 13 and over, with prizes awarded for first, second and third place based on the total weight of each participant’s 10 heaviest fish. Tiger muskie will not be counted toward totals. A $7 motor vehicle entrance fee applies, with free entry available for those with an Idaho State Parks Passport.
