LEWISTON, ID – The Idaho Supreme Court is scheduled to hear cases in Moscow and Lewiston this week as part of its regular practice of traveling to communities across the state.
According to the court, sessions will take place Wednesday at the University of Idaho in Moscow and Thursday at the Nez Perce County Courthouse in Lewiston. The traveling sessions are required under state law and the Idaho Constitution, allowing the court to conduct proceedings outside of Boise while giving the public an opportunity to observe the judicial process firsthand.
All hearings are open to the public. Additional details on attending and the cases to be heard are available through the court’s website.
