UNIONTOWN, WA — A new spring exhibit featuring works by the Palouse Women Artist Group will open this week at Artisans at the Dahmen Barn.
The exhibit runs April 9 through April 26 and includes a range of two-dimensional and three-dimensional artwork across multiple mediums, including watercolor, acrylic, mono prints, collage and ceramics. Some pieces will incorporate a gem and mineral theme tied to a demonstration event scheduled for April 18.
An opening reception is planned for April 12 from 1 to 3 p.m. The exhibit will be open Thursdays through Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Organizers say the Palouse Women Artist Group focuses on supporting women in the arts both personally and professionally.
