CLARKSTON, WA — Evergreen Estates is preparing to open a new memory care unit in June 2026, expanding services for individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other memory-related conditions, according to a press release.

Located on the TriState Health campus in Clarkston, the new unit is designed as a secure, private-apartment setting aimed at providing specialized care in a structured and supportive environment.

Evergreen Estates has served the region for more than 35 years, offering independent and assisted living. The addition of memory care is intended to meet growing demand in the community and provide more comprehensive support for residents and their families.

The facility will include 24-hour staffing with certified nursing assistants, an on-site registered nurse, and individualized care plans. Residents will also have access to meals, activities, and a secured outdoor courtyard.

Executive Director Peter Camerlo said the expansion reflects an increasing need for specialized dementia care and aims to help families manage the medical and emotional challenges that come with memory-related conditions.

Evergreen Estates is located at 1215 Evergreen Court in Clarkston. Tours and additional information are available through the facility.
