SPOKANE COUNTY, WA — A fatal crash involving a motorcycle and a pickup towing a horse trailer was reported Tuesday afternoon north of Spokane, according to the Washington State Patrol.

The collision happened around 11:56 a.m. near Cat Tales at milepost 299, about six miles north of Spokane. Troopers confirmed one death at the scene.

The roadway was partially blocked following the crash. An estimated reopening time was not available.
