$617,500 Prize for Lottery Ticket Sold in Small Eastern Washington Town Set to Expire Next Week if Unclaimed

EPHRATA, WA – The prize associated with a winning Washington Lottery ticket that was sold in the small eastern Washington town of Ephrata remains unclaimed, and the large prize could be forfeited if the winner does not come forward by May 1.

According to the Washington Lottery, the ticket was sold for the Hit 5 drawing held on November 2, 2025. The winning numbers were 12, 14, 19, 38 and 41.

Ephrata is a small city in Grant County located about 20 miles northwest of Moses Lake. It has a population of roughly 8,700 and serves as the county seat.

Lottery officials say there is one winning ticket associated with the drawing that has not yet been claimed. The deadline to claim the prize is May 1, 2026. After that date, the winnings will be forfeited in accordance with Washington Lottery rules.

The prize amount is listed at $617,500.

Officials are encouraging anyone who purchased a Hit 5 ticket in the Ephrata area for that drawing date to check their tickets carefully.
