MOSCOW — A planned water main improvement project along Highway 8 (Moscow-Pullman Highway) is scheduled to begin Monday, July 24th.

The purpose of the project is to upgrade aging infrastructure and/or outdated water main material for continued future use.
During the project, the southernmost Eastbound highway lane will be closed to all traffic from Access Road through the Perimeter Drive area. The public can expect road closures, detours, and possible delays in this area.
Substantial completion for this project is scheduled for Fall 2023.
