LEWISTON, ID – Idaho Fish and Game staff will be stocking nearly 43,000 catchable-size (10 to 12 inch) trout at the locations across the Clearwater Region in May.
All fish stocked are rainbow trout. Officials say stocking of all waters is tentative and dependent on water conditions and the dates shown may change due to weather or staffing constraints.
Maps of these fishing locations and other angling destinations in Idaho are available at the Idaho Fish Planner website.
Many of the waters are easy to access, family-friendly fishing destinations. IDFG says all you need to get started is a fishing license and some basic tackle.
