BOISE, ID – Idaho Attorney General Raúl Labrador announced that investigators with his Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested three men in eastern Idaho this week on charges related to the alleged sexual exploitation of children. The unit also assisted the Meridian Police Department with a separate arrest.

According to the Attorney General’s Office, the arrests took place during the week of August 18–22. Rusty Harris, 55, was arrested on ten counts of possession of child exploitative material. Matthew Dudley, 38, was taken into custody on ten counts of possession of child sexual abuse material, and Nathan Selig, 43, was arrested on six counts of possession of child sexual abuse material.

Attorney General Labrador praised the coordinated efforts of investigators and law enforcement partners. “The professional dedication and investigative excellence our ICAC team showed this week proves we’ve built Idaho’s strongest defense against those who target children in our state,” Labrador said. “I’m grateful to every officer and agent who assisted in these arrests. Your partnership makes Idaho families safer, working together to protect the most vulnerable from exploitation.”

The ICAC Unit worked with several agencies during the investigations, including the Pocatello Police Department, Madison County Sheriff’s Office, Idaho Falls Police Department, Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office, and Homeland Security Investigations.
