LEWISTON, ID — The Lewiston Independent Foundation for Education (L.I.F.E.) is inviting the community to support a long-standing educational tradition by participating in a River Trip Raffle to benefit local fourth graders.
Each year, Lewiston School District students study the history, geology, and science of the region’s most prominent landmark—Hells Canyon. The program culminates with a “classroom on the water” experience, giving students the opportunity to see and apply what they’ve learned during a guided river trip through the canyon.
To ensure future classes continue to experience this outdoor learning opportunity, L.I.F.E. is hosting a fundraiser raffle. Proceeds will help fund next year’s trips, while one lucky participant will win a half-day adventure for two up Hells Canyon, provided by Snake River Adventures.
Community members can purchase tickets and learn more about the fundraiser through the official link: 4th Grade River Trip Raffle.
