KOOSKIA, ID – Emergency crews responded to a farm equipment accident Wednesday afternoon along Clear Creek Road near Kooskia.

According to Kooskia Emergency Services, the incident occurred around 3:07 p.m. and involved a tractor that had left the roadway. When responders arrived, they found the operator pinned on the tractor.

Units from Kooskia Ambulance, Kooskia Ambulance Rescue Unit, Kooskia Fire Department, and the Tahoe Quick Response Unit worked together to stabilize the tractor before successfully extricating the operator.

The patient was transported by Kooskia Ambulance for medical evaluation and treatment.
