SAGLE, ID – A registered sex offender from Bonner County has been indicted on multiple new felony charges following a Grand Jury decision on October 15, 2025.

Donald J. LaVare, 54, of Sagle, was booked into the Bonner County Jail on October 7 and now faces three new charges: one count of lewd conduct with a minor under sixteen (Idaho Code §18-1508) and two counts of sexual abuse of a child under sixteen – including allegedly soliciting a minor to participate in a sexual act (Idaho Code §18-1506(1)(a)).
