Lewiston Man Arrested for Allegedly Ramming Vehicle, Causing Over $20,000 in Damage

LEWISTON, ID – A Lewiston man is facing a felony charge after allegedly using his truck to ram a parked vehicle occupied by two people, pushing it into other vehicles and causing damage estimated at over $20,000.

Levi Page Hibdon, 26, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with felony malicious injury to property, according to court records.

The alleged incident occurred in May at a mobile home park in Lewiston. According to police reports, Hibdon was reportedly involved in a dispute over money with one of the vehicle occupants. After being asked to leave the area, Hibdon allegedly entered his Ford pickup truck and intentionally struck a parked vehicle with two people inside.

Officers noted that the impact pushed the car several feet forward into two other vehicles, resulting in an estimated $22,500 in combined damages. Hibdon then allegedly backed up and drove off without speaking to anyone at the scene.

The affidavit states that police later identified tire tracks and damage consistent with the witness accounts.

Hibdon was arrested and booked into the Nez Perce County Jail on Tuesday and is expected to make his initial court appearance on Wednesday afternoon.
