PULLMAN, WA – The work to repair and reopen State Route 194 West of Pullman is nearly complete.
A culvert under the highway near Union Center was washed out during March’s flood. The highway near Union Center has been closed since mid-April. The work was set to be done today.
The repairs are now set to wrap up early next week. Washington State Department of Transportation officials say the highway near Union Center should reopen on Tuesday afternoon or evening. Traffic is being detoured around the work zone on U.S. Highway 195.
SR194 runs from Pullman down to Lower Granite Dam and Boyer Park on the Snake River.
