LEWISTON, ID — The Lewiston Farmers Market will open its fifth annual season on Saturday, June 6, bringing local produce, handmade goods and specialty foods back to the Lewis-Clark Valley.
The market will operate every Saturday through Sept. 26 from 8 a.m. to noon at 2120 Thain Grade in Lewiston. Organizers said the weekly market features local farmers, food producers, bakers and artisans from across the region.
Shoppers can expect seasonal produce, USDA beef and pork, raw local honey, baked goods and homemade foods including granola, jams, jellies and sourdough breads. Vendors will also offer handmade soaps, body care products, artwork, jewelry, signs and home décor.
The Lewiston Farmers Market accepts SNAP benefits, and select vendors are able to accept Washington WIC and Senior WIC FMNP cards.
