COLFAX, WA – The Colfax Police Department, in collaboration with the Washington Attorney General’s Office, is seeking information regarding the disappearance of Michael Shawn Garcia, who has been missing since 2016.

Garcia, 56, was last heard from on July 6, 2016, and investigators consider the circumstances of his disappearance suspicious. Authorities are urging anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts or movements before or after that date to come forward.

The case is being handled jointly by the Colfax Police Department and the Washington Attorney General’s Office, with support from the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and People (MMIWP) Task Force.
