AHSAHKA, ID – Dent Recreation Area will be temporarily closed from March 31 – April 4 due to a landslide on Old Dent Road.Maintenance crews are working to clear the landslide and reopen Old Dent Road as soon as possible. For the latest updates, visit the Dworshak Facebook page.
The Dworshak Dam Visitor Center remains open Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. For facility access and current conditions, call 208-476-1255 during business hours.
Dent Campground and Dent Group Camping Area are scheduled to open April 12. Reservations can be made at www.recreation.gov or by calling 877-444-6777.
