MOSCOW, ID – A 25-year-old Moscow man has been sentenced to prison for raping a woman and recording the assault on video.

Walker Day pleaded guilty last February in Latah County Second District Court to a rape-related felony. Online court records show that Judge Megan Marshall sentenced Day on Tuesday to between 8 and 16 years in prison.

Day was arrested in April of last year by the Latah County Sheriff’s Office for raping an unconscious female and recording the attack. The sexual assault occurred at a residence in Juliaetta in March of last year. See less
